Inversion tables are recommended for numerous health benefits, from circulation to flexibility, and are considered by many to be a favorite fitness tool for supporting spinal health and wellness.

Maximize Blood Flow to the Head • Relieve Pressure • Support Spinal Health

Use of an inversion table increases blood flow to the brain, providing oxygen-rich blood to brain cells. Improving oxygen delivery to the brain can be especially important for individuals who want to improve their overall brain health. Just consider this: the brain uses 20% of the body’s oxygen despite accounting for just 2% of body weight! Start maximizing blood flow to the brain and enjoying other potential benefits today with an inversion table.

Health care professionals often suggest inversion tables for…

  • Back Pain
  • Herniated discs
  • Sciatica
  • Degenerative disc disease
  • Spinal degenerative joint disease
  • Spinal stenosis
  • Spinal curvature due to tight muscles
  • Facet syndrome
  • Muscle tension
  • Muscle spasm

Often used by physical therapists for lower back pain, inversion tables have a number of potential benefits beyond the brain health benefits. Brief sessions on an inversion table may help improve circulation and flexibility, while also supporting spinal health and wellness.

Many people believe that inversion tables can decompress the spine, preserving height, improving posture, and reducing back pain. Caring for the discs in the spine is critical, especially since these discs protect the nerves that connect the brain to the entire body.

Harness the power of gravity and your body’s natural circulatory system with an inversion table from BIPRI!

I'm terrified of heights so I have never wanted to purchase the inversion table because the thought of laying upside down scares me. My sweet husband helped me get on one and I felt completely secure and I immediately ordered one from BiPri. It not only helps my back but my fear of falling. So it's a win win. Thanks

For the past 3 years I have suffered from back pain , and my dad suggested that I purchase an inversion table. I am so glad I did it. This inversion table really relieves my pain a lot.

I did not expect the packaging to be so heavy, but upon opening it and the parts are much more heavy-duty than I had anticipated. My back has felt much better and I'm impressed by the quality

Research Behind Inversion Tables

In a 2012 study, researchers found inversion therapy reduced the need for surgery in some people with degenerative disc disease of the lower back. Surgery was avoided in 76% of the inversion therapy group, but just 22% of the control group.

Researchers split individuals into three groups for a 12-month study. Group One used inversion therapy for 10 minutes once per day; Group Two used inversion therapy for 10 minutes twice per day; and Group Three received no inversion therapy.

After twelve months, employees in Groups 1 and 2 experienced decreased sick days due to back pain by 33 percent. Average sick days due to back pain fell by eight days per individual in the treated group.

The Research Is In: Back Pain Relief In Just 30 Days

In another groundbreaking study, researchers evaluated 30 patients with sciatic pain who were scheduled for surgery. All patients received physical therapy, but one group received inversion therapy for just two minutes per day, three times per week throughout the 30-day period. The group that underwent inversion therapy reduced their need for surgery by 70.5%

Inversion Therapy: A Natural Option for Dealing With Back Pain

With inversion therapy, you may be able to use natural tools – gravity-induced spinal decompression – to get back pain relief. Gravity compresses your spine as you walk, sit and stand; inversion therapy allows gravity to undo all that compression!

  • Feel better (less pain).
  • Move better (greater flexibility).
  • Look better (improved posture).
