BIPRI Kid’s Fitness Training program offers a fun, affordable, home-based training curriculum fully customizable for children ages four to 17.
Fully Customized to Meet Your Family’s Needs
We don’t try to fit your family in a box. Instead, each Kid’s Fitness Training program is designed to work with the equipment and environment you already have. A brief online consultation helps us understand the equipment in your home and the capabilities of each participant.
Your child’s weekly workout is designed to:
- Focus on general strength and conditioning
- Enhance motor skills
- Reduce risk of brain and body injury
A typical Kid’s Fitness Program may include:
- Bodyweight strength activities
- Fundamental and animal movements
- Basic gymnastics
- Fundamental sprint, jumping, and plyometric activities
Workouts are set up and supervised by you, the parent or guardian. Adult variations can be included for all activities.
